This penthouse apartment in Praia da Rocha was ready for a new chapter. The client wanted a clean, modern look that would feel inviting for future renters while increasing the property's market appeal. I was tasked with redesigning the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom, all of which had been left with outdated finishes and awkward custom wood features from the previous owner.

We removed the heavy wooden panelling — including a makeshift headboard and wall cladding — and introduced a more refined, low-maintenance aesthetic. A sleek layout, modern furnishings, and high-quality finishes brought new life to the space. The result is a bright, polished apartment that feels both stylish and practical — perfect for short stays or long-term living.
