Angela, the heart behind Mar Interiors, has had a lifelong passion for creativity and design. From a young age, she was drawn to the arts—painting, singing, crafting, and exploring her creative instincts. By the time she was 11, she knew she wanted to design beautiful interiors, and that dream led her to study Interior Design at the University of Arts in London.

After graduating, Angela began her career with a prestigious paint and wallpaper company in central London, where she honed her expertise in color design and materials. Over the years, she has completed a variety of interior design projects in both the Algarve and the United Kingdom. Her work spans furniture and space planning, color and material consultancy, kitchen and bathroom design, and creating detailed 3D renderings. Angela also specializes in home staging for rental or sale properties and offers upcycling services to give old pieces a fresh new look.

Angela founded and built Mar Interiors with the help of her family, particularly her mother, Maria, who is also the co-owner. Together, they have created a warm and welcoming business rooted in family values, creativity, and a shared love for making homes beautiful.
