Colourful Studio Redesign

This ongoing project involves redesigning a small studio apartment in the centre of Lagoa. The space is primarily used as a holiday rental, though the owners also enjoy staying there occasionally. They’ve asked for a bold, colourful design that feels young, fun, and full of personality — without compromising on durability or practicality, especially during the busy summer rental season.

With limited square footage, the focus is on making the most of every corner. All furniture must serve a purpose, offering storage or multi-functional use. One of the main design goals is to create more privacy in the sleeping area — potentially by introducing a partition or subtle division between the bed and the main living space. So far, the project is in the early design stage, with floor plans completed and moodboards underway.
