This modern penthouse apartment in Praia da Rocha was ready for a new chapter. The client wanted a clean, contemporary look that would feel welcoming for future renters while increasing the property’s overall appeal.

The project focused on redesigning the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom, all of which featured outdated finishes and heavy custom wood elements from the previous owner. We removed the existing wooden panelling, including a makeshift headboard and wall cladding to create a lighter, more refined foundation.

A sleek layout, modern furnishings, and durable, low-maintenance finishes were introduced to suit both short-term rentals and long-term living. The result is a bright, polished penthouse apartment that feels stylish, practical, and ready for its next chapter.
