This warm and personal project focused on apartment interior styling in Portimão, creating a refreshed home that honours both sustainability and storytelling. The client, recently returned to Portugal, wanted to reorganise and decorate her family apartment using mostly existing furniture and decor - many pieces carrying deep sentimental and cultural value.

Rather than starting from scratch, we embraced a personalised interior styling approach, carefully integrating a few new elements only where they would add comfort or functionality. A new sofa, TV unit, lighting, and textiles helped anchor the space, while the client’s beautiful collection of handmade decorative plates became a central feature throughout the home.

A previously plain entryway column was transformed with traditional Portuguese tiles, adding character and a strong sense of place, and a bespoke shelving unit was designed to showcase her much-loved book collection. The result is a home that feels refreshed yet deeply meaningful. A space shaped by memory, culture, and thoughtful design choices.
